Butter Fried Pork Chop


  • 4 Pork Lion Chop
  • 25 gr Herbs & Honey BBQ Rub
  • 50 gr Salted Butter
  • 4 sprig Fresh Thyme


  • Season your pork chops with Herbs & Honey BBQ Rub, use the BBQ rub the same a you would normal salt to season meat.
  • Use any of the Harvey’s Kitchen BBQ Rubs to taste.
  • Heat a fry pan to medium hot and add a dash of olive oil.
  • Fry the Pork chops on one side for 4 minutes until golden and then turn over.
  • Add butter & thyme into the pan around the edges of the pan.
    Fry the pork chops for a further 2 minutes spooning butter over the chops as they cook.
  • Remove from pan and allow to sit for 2 minutes.


Spoon butter from pan over pork chops before serving for an extra rich finish.
Serve with roast potatoes, sweet potato chips, apple slaw or a fresh garden salad.
