Butter Fried Pork Chop
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Lion Chop
- 25 gr Herbs & Honey BBQ Rub
- 50 gr Salted Butter
- 4 sprig Fresh Thyme
Instructions

Season your pork chops with Herbs & Honey BBQ Rub, use the BBQ rub the same a you would normal salt to season meat.

Use any of the Harvey’s Kitchen BBQ Rubs to taste.

Heat a fry pan to medium hot and add a dash of olive oil.

Fry the Pork chops on one side for 4 minutes until golden and then turn over.

Add butter & thyme into the pan around the edges of the pan. Fry the pork chops for a further 2 minutes spooning butter over the chops as they cook.

Remove from pan and allow to sit for 2 minutes.
