GARLIC SALTED RACK OF LAMB - Joe Cali
There's nothing better than a good rack...
Nothing too special or complicated here, a quick season with Harvey's Salty Flavour - Garlic Thyme Salt over the whole rack.
Sear the whole rack, both sides on the grill to give a nice colour, before bringing it up to 120℉ relatively slowly using ironbark.
Cooked till the rack is done to your liking.
Served with my favourite Garlic and Chilli Broccolini, honey carrots and mash.
