Spicy Pulled Beef Tacos


  • 2 kg Chuck Steak
  • 40 gr Smokey Spicy BBQ Rub
  • ½ bunch Coriander
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • Flour Tortillas


  • Rub Smokey Spicy BBQ Rub onto chuck steak, cover and sit in fridge overnight to get great flavour. You can use any of the Harveys Kitchen BBQ Rubs to suit you taste and to achieve a flavour packed finish for the family
  • Heat Oven or BBQ to 160℃.
  • On a tray place the chuck steak and roast in the Oven or BBQ for 1 hour uncovered.
  • Add 1/2 cup water and cover with baking paper and foil and roast slowly for a further 2 hours. You will know its ready when you can pull it apart with a fork.
  • Pull the beef apart while hot and add the pan juices to get all the flavours mixed in.
  • Chop coriander, tomato & red onion as desired.


Serve with warm flour tortillas, drizzle of olive oil, squeeze of lime and your favourite sauce.
