Tender Roast Garlic Beef Ribs
Ingredients
- 8 cut beef ribs
- 75 gr Roast Garlic BBQ Rub
- drizzle olive oil
Instructions

For this recipe ask your butcher for single cut beef ribs, easier to cook and will come trimmed ready to go.

Cover beef ribs in the Roast Garlic BBQ Rub and make sure that all sides are coated and rubbed well.

Allow to sit in the fridge for 2 hours. (I leave mine overnight)

Heat Oven / Smoker or BBQ to 160℃. This is a low and slow cooking method.

Place ribs in Oven / Smoker or BBQ uncovered for 2-3 hours.

Cover with baking paper and foil, and place back in Oven / Smoker or BBQ and cook slowly for a further 2-3 hours till the meat is coming away from the bone and tender.

Keep ribs wrapped in paper and allow to rest for 30 minutes.

Eat and enjoy with a great BBQ sauce, favourite hot sauces, slaws, sides and BBQ treats or just as they are.
