The Squeal Burger was a great entry in the Greatest Meats and Eats Competition with Riverway Meats. Dean Monke (AKA Shane Ibbotson) has gone on to greater levels and now created some great BBQ with his team Berserker BBQ out of Townsville - getting ready for this years Townsville BBQ Battle.

This is my version of the perfect pulled pork burger.

Rub the pigs head with Harvey’s Asian Market Sweet and Sour Meat Rub and allowed to rest.

Slow roasted in the BBQ for 9 hours with a Mesquite and Walnut shell smoker can till fall apart tender.

The meat was pulled and served with with dry slaw and Smokey Jones Tomato Ketchup, potato wedges roasted in pigs head fat and freshly made bread rolls.

Great version of Pulled Pork.....
