Cook a moist and juicy chicken breast with a flavour

Herbs + Honey Chicken


4 chicken breast
1/2 cup Herbs + Honey Meat Rub
drizzle olive oil



Wash chicken breast and pat dry with paper towel.
In a large bowl mix Herbs & Honey Meat Rub.
Place chicken breast in bowl and coat with dry mix.
Use any of the Harvey’s Kitchen Meat Rubs or Salty Flavours for this Cooking method.
Set aside and allow chicken to absorb dry mix.
Heat a pan to medium and drizzle with olive oil.
Place chicken breast into pan and fry for 1 minute.
Turn chicken and fry other side for 1 minute.
Add 1/2 cup of water to pan and cover with lid.
Turn heat to low and cook for 10 minute.
Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes with lid on.
Slice chicken and serve with a fresh salad.
This chicken breast is served with a summer vegetable, basil and charcoal goats cheese salad.
