Crispy Roasted Chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
1 (400g) tin chickpeas
2 tbsp Smokey Spicy Meat Rub
Preheat an oven to 180℃.
Wash chickpeas under cold water and allow to drain.
Whisk the oil and spice mix together in a small bowl.
We used Smokey Spicy Meat Rub for this recipe, but you can use any of the Harvey’s Meat Rub or Salty Flavours.
Add the chickpeas and toss in oil mix to coat.
Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Spread chickpeas on a baking tray in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven tossing occasionally until nicely browned and slightly crispy.
This will take about 45 minutes.
Serve as soon as they don’t burn your mouth.
