Honey Soy Beef
400gr skirt steak
Asian Market Signature Dust
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
drizzle sesame oil
In a bowl mix soy sauce, honey, water and juice of Ч lemon.
Place the whole piece of skirt steak in the liquid and cover.
Sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Heat a frypan to medium hot.
Remove steak from liquid and pat dry, keep the liquid.
Rub steak with oil, heat pan to hot and place in frypan.
Turn steak over every 20 secs for 4 mins.
Remove steak from pan and rest for 4 minutes.
Pour marinating liquid into pan and turn to a low heat.
After steak has rested slice it into thin fine strips.
Dust steak with Asian Market Signature Dust.
Add steak back into pan with liquid and toss to coat.
Serve hot with a drizzle of sesame oil, steamed rice, market vegetables and fresh fragrant herbs.
