How to use your Harvey's Kitchen BBQ Smoker Can

STEP 1: Twist off the can lid and remove the wax paper seal

STEP 2: Using a pen poke a hole through the paper label using the hole in the lid

STEP 3: Twist lid back onto BBQ Smoker Can

STEP 4: PLACE CAN OVER BBQ FLAME ON HIGH HEAT UNITL SMOKE STARTS

STEP 5: MOVE CAN TO A LOWER HEAT AREA TO SMOLDER

STEP 6: SEAL BBQ LID AND LET THE FLAVOUR BEGIN

HICKORY  - MEDIUM/STRONG FLAVOUR

Hickory Smoking sawdust is a classic flavour used in BBQ Smoking. Hickory smoke creates a sweet, yet strong flavour to just about all type of red meat and seafoods. Very popular with pork and ribs.

 

MESQUITE  - MEDIUM/STRONG FLAVOUR

Mesquite Smoking sawdust is a classic wood used in slow BBQ Smoking. Mesquite has a strong and earthy flavour that is perfect for slow BBQ cooking and smoking red meats. Great flavour with Beef, Lamb or Pork.

APPLEWOOD (From Sweet Golden Delicious trees) - MEDIUM FLAVOUR
Apple is sweet smoke for pork, beef, chicken, seafood and lamb. 
This fine Apple Tree Sawdust is from the busy bandsaw cutting of Apple Tree Chunks.

TASMANIAN OAK  - MEDIUM/STRONG FLAVOUR

Tasmanian Oak or Hungarian Style Smoking sawdust is used for traditional Yellow coloured smoked fish and Speck using a blend of Tasmanian Oak Sawdust with crushed dried corn. Great for for pork, beef, chicken and seafood

HARDWOOD - STRONG FLAVOUR

Our RED BOX and Grey Box Smoke blend is an excellent allrounder perfet for getting a great smokey flavour and colour into everything including pork, beef, chicken, seafood, lamb, Smallgoods, Cheeses and Vegetables. The red box colours meat reddish and has a great country flavour.

PURE CRUSHED WALNUT SHELLS

We add crushed walnuts to our BBQ Smoker Cans to allow the heat to rise through the shells and in to the smouldering sawdust for a longer burn time. Creates a quick easy nutty smoke and adds a mild nutty flavour to Fish, Chicken & Seafood.
